Book review

May 16, 2016

I have recently released the first 4 picture books in my new series – Rianbo’s Travels, of which I have been very excited, shortly to be followed by the release of an e book by my lovely friend Sarah Tun.
So whilst planning another of Rianbo’s Travels I have taken some time out to post a review for Sarah on Amazon.

Nothing more to say on that other than check it out and below is a copy of my review. She has great potential as an author and as I was discussing in my last blog, another of those aspiring writers hoping to get noticed.

Good luck Sarah.

What an excellent read by creative writer Sarah Tun.

I had the privilege of reading this in its early format and now the end result.
Certainly the essence of a good book is when you just want to keep reading and this was difficult to put down. Annoyingly, being captivated and drawn into the story so quickly, I couldn’t read it in one quick swoop as I would have liked to.
Well written, very descriptive – quite enthralling in fact – this book undoubtedly gained my interest from the beginning.
Both the powers of darkness and the angelic forces, the battle between good and evil and Jasper’s search for truth was intriguing. The introduction of the Punies. Wow! Quite frankly they take you into a world you really don’t want to go!
The fact that Jasper – the main protagonist – longed and was desperate to be alone, and suddenly found herself in that very position – in a world where everything had disappeared around her – made me smile and symbolises the thought that we must be very careful what we wish for.

The whole story was deep and thought provoking, whilst entertaining and beguiling.
I love Sarah’s style of writing and can’t wait to read more from her. She really has the potential to be a best selling author.
As a more mature reader with some spiritual insight and a search for ones’ inner self this read is thought provoking and will take you on your own personal journey. For the younger, less mature reader it is quite simply a great read. Basically I suppose what I am saying is in my opinion, whether for young adults or older adults alike, this book has great appeal.
